EL PERSONAL DE RECEPCIÓN. CRISTINA E ISAAC MUY AMABLES Y EFICIENTES.
ALOJAMIENTO EN SUITE. LA PUBLICIDAD DEL HOTEL EN LA PÁGINA DE SERCOTEL DICE QUE LA HABITACIÓN ESTÁ TOTALMENTE INSONORIZADA LO QUE NO ES CIERTO YA QUE SE PERCIBE CLARAMENTE EL RUIDO DEL TRÁFICO A PESAR DEL DOBLE ACRISTALAMIENTO. LAS AMENITES, DICE IGUALMENTE LA PÁGINA DE SERCOTEL, SON DE LUJO, Y TAMPOCO ES CIERTO, YA QUE SON MUY DISCRETAS. LA TELEVISIÓN EN LA ZONA DE LA CAMA ES MUY INCÓMODA DE VER PORQUE NO SE PUEDE MOVER.

El ambiente y la decoración del hotel es muy agradable. La limpieza, también está muy bien
LA tasa de turista. Supongo que no es debido a Sercotel, pero no entiendo por qué tiene que existir esta tasa.

The extra bed that is a soffa can be better ... the kids didnt conplain.. but I think it can be more comfterble . beside that all was Great!

Atmosphere at breakfast was very nice because of quietness and calm music in the back. Also staff at breakfast was great.

It was very noisy at night time (inside the hotel and we hear each time someone uses the lift or passes by our door) and the roof terrace bar was not functioning most of the day

Our room was too small, noisy, and without natural light. We must put the electric light all the time. View through the window : a wall ! The TV on the desk is ridiculous : it isn't possible too write or use the desk. Why the TV is not on the wall ? No non slip rug in the bath : dangerous Last, we was in a Radisson Blu : much better Your entrance hall, the decoration, the bed : 4* employee : 4* Room : 2 *+ or 3*- Room

Wifi roomnumber 203 is poor.

2 down sides were 1. the wifi was not working properly unless we stand next to the room door. 2. The toliet rolls seems used up half, and out room didnt get offer slippers.

The service in this hotel was wonderful, staff always happy to help. The facilities are also fantastic, high quality rooms with attention to detail. The roof top pool was a real bonus in the hot weather. It felt like the most luxurious hotel at reasonable prices.

I stay at Amister EVERY TIME I visit Barcelona, once or twice a year. I've been doing so since Amister first opened. I always found the staff to be helpful and courteous and I am especially pleased to see familiar faces of staff who have been there for some time (in particular Christina). I really appreciate the right level of customer service. I like the unique tasteful interior design of Amister. Most importantly, the atmosphere at Amister is unlike any other corporate hotel.

The hotel was clean, a few bus stops away from the centre and the staff (especially Christina) were very helpful. Will definitely recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Barcelona.

very helpful, and lovely staff..nice spacious room...good air conditioning, clean comfortable room, all in all a lovely hotel with great staff! Will definatley stay with Sercotel Hotels again.

It had everything that we needed and we really enjoyed our stay, was a bit disappointed about the air conditioning not working for a couple of days but issue was eventually resolved and we had a great time. Thanks

Breakfast should be free. You could raise the hotel rates slightly to help pay for costs. Free breakfasts look more attractive than having to pay extra for it.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I asked for a quiet room and it certainly was, and also very comfortable. Loved the roof space. If I come back to Barcelona I would certainly choose the Sercotel again. Many thanks.

We stayed a the Amister Art Hotel. The staff were very friendly. The desk clerk, Jordi, was very helpful. He spoke excellent English. He gave us a warm welcome and valuable information on the sites, restaurants and transportation in Barcelona. The room was very quiet and comfortable I will recommend your hotel to our travel agency and to friends who plan to travel to Barcelona in the future. Thank you so much! Barcelona is a lovely city and most of the citizens that we met were very friendly, courteous and willing to help us find our way around the city.

Entrance to the hotel has steps down and up into the lobby. Very hard to carry suitcases down/up the steps. Also not appropriate for handicap people or with any disabilitiy.

Stayed for 3 nights and the roof terrace bar was only open on one occasion. We were advised that the bar opened at 6.00pm but this was not the case. The room I stayed in was a triple room but there were only 2 cups, 2 teabags etc. When I asked if we could have a third cup, staff were most unhelpful. This was a hen weekend and I had e-mailed in advance to make staff aware of this and asking if they could make the bride to be feel extra special. There was absolutely no attempt by any of the staff to do this, we found them quite rude and unhelpful and we would certainly not recommend this hotel to others travelling to Barcelona.

Top Lage, nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, tolle Dachterrasse, Preis-Leistung gut
Wir waren in der Übergangsphase vom kalten zum warmen Wetter im Hotel und da die Heizung noch lief, war es sehr warm in unserem Zimmer.
