If you find the same hotel on the same dates in the same type of room for a lower rate, 'Sercotelhoteles' will offer you the same rate and give you an additional 10% discount.
For example:
1- You've made a reservation priced at 100 Euros at www.sercotelhoteles.com and, within 24 hours, you find a rate on internet that offers the same service, hotel and conditions at 90 Euros.
2- 'Sercotelhoteles' will offer you the same rate and give you a 10% discount on that rate. Therefore, you'll end up paying 81 euros!
- Only applicable within 24 hours of having made a reservation and up to three days before you've checked in.
- The comparative rate should be under the same conditions as the rate that the 'Sercotelhoteles' web site offers- the same service, dates, hotel and number of guests.
- Not applicable to special rates, packages or single dates.
- Rates that include breakfast are not considered packages.
- The comparative rate should be the total amount, including taxes and additional charges.
- 'Sercotelhoteles' guaranteed lowest hotel rate program does not apply to non-published rates or special rates, such as those provided with coupons, tour packages, tour operators, negotiated rates, group, employee or employee family rates.
- Not applicable to auction rates where the hotel's name is unknown until the purchase is made.

- The guaranteed lowest hotel rate program is only applicable to confirmed reservations when the client can be reached.
