Sercotel expands its presence on the Costa del Sol with the addition of Sercotel Vime la Reserva de Marbella, its first leisure hotel in Marbella. This 4-star complex features 83 rooms and apartments and represents a key step in the company’s expansion within the highly competitive sun-and-beach segment.

With the integration of this new hotel from April 21, the chain reaches nine assets within its coastal leisure portfolio, reinforcing its competitiveness in top-tier destinations and strengthening its presence in strategic locations where it already operates, such as Chipiona (Cádiz), Las Canteras (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), Sitges (Barcelona), and Alicante.

The arrival in Marbella is also aligned with the growth objectives outlined in the company’s 2026–2029 Strategic Plan, as explained by Sercotel’s CEO, José Rodríguez:

In this context, the company continues to strongly invest in southern Spain with the recent addition of Sercotel Puerto de Santa María, a 3-star, 39-room hotel located in the heart of Cádiz, specifically designed to meet the demand for leisure travel and city breaks.

With these two openings, Sercotel reaches sixteen operational hotels in Andalusia, the region where the chain has the strongest footprint and where it has experienced the most growth in the past five years, adding 14 properties.
