BENEFICIARIES
The beneficiaries of Sercotel Rewards are natural persons of legal age registered in the program through the website www.sercotelhoteles.com or via the telephone Customer Service and Reservation Center.
The account holder must make the bookings to benefit from the exclusive advantages after logging into Sercotel Rewards.
The Rewards client, as the reservation holder and guest during the corresponding stay, is the only person who can benefit from the exclusive advantages of the program, and to whom all communications will be addressed.
If an Account Holder makes a reservation for another person who does not stay during the reservation period, the Sercotel Rewards benefits will not apply during this stay.
Payment for reservation invoices will be made through the credit card included in the booking process. If it is not a prepaid booking, the remaining amount must be paid by the guest client at the hotel.
TRANSACTIONS
Reservations will start to be counted in your Sercotel Rewards account once you have registered in the program and identified yourself as a Rewards client before completing the reservation.
