I. ORGANISER OF THE PRIZE DRAW
Sercotel, owned by Sagatu Asociados Comercial Hotelera, S.L., with Tax ID No. B63751853 and registered office at Comte d’Urgell 240, Àtic, 08036 Barcelona, is organising this prize draw in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
II. PURPOSE OF THE PRIZE DRAW
At Sercotel, we would like to invite you to take part in a prize draw on Instagram, published on 22 September 2026. If you meet the participation requirements, you will be entered into the draw to win a getaway (two nights) for two people at one of our managed/operated hotels, subject to availability. The choice of dates will be subject to hotel availability, excluding public holidays, long weekends and special dates or periods of high demand at the selected hotel.
Franchised hotels listed in Section VII of these Terms and Conditions are excluded from the prize draw.
III. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
The prize draw is open throughout Spain.
IV. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
All individuals aged 18 or over who reside in Spain may participate.
The following individuals may not participate:
Sercotel employees.
Employees of participating companies or companies involved in organising the prize draw.
First-degree relatives by blood of the individuals mentioned above.
If any excluded person is selected as the winner, they will lose their right to the prize.
V. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD
The participation period begins on 22 September 2026, from the time the prize draw is published, and ends on 30 September 2026 at 11:59 p.m. After this date, Sercotel will randomly select the winner from among all valid participants using the free Wask tool. Sercotel reserves the right to change the dates and undertakes to publish any such changes through these Terms and Conditions.
VI. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate, users must follow the steps detailed in the prize draw post:

Mention in the comments the person you would like to go on this getaway with.
Users may participate as many times as they wish.
The prize will be awarded randomly among participants who meet the requirements described above.
Participation in the prize draw implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with them may result in disqualification.
Sercotel reserves the right to cancel the prize draw if there are not enough valid entries.
VII. PRIZES AND PRIZE DELIVERY
The winner will receive a getaway (two nights) for two people at one of our managed/operated hotels, subject to availability.
The choice of hotel and dates will always be subject to availability. The prize may not be redeemed during public holidays, long weekends, special dates or periods of high demand as determined by the selected hotel.

The prize must be redeemed by 28 February 2027 at the latest.
Travel expenses to and from the hotels will be borne by the winner.
The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged, modified or redeemed for cash.
Sercotel reserves the right to replace the prize with another of a similar value and undertakes to publish any such change through these Terms and Conditions or notify the winner directly.
VIII. NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER
The winner will be announced after the prize draw has ended, via the Instagram post and Stories. Sercotel will arrange delivery of the prize within a maximum of 7 days once the winner has provided their details.
The winner will have a maximum of 7 days from notification to accept the prize.
If no response is received within this period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If all alternate winners decline the prize or fail to respond, the prize will remain unawarded.
IX. CONTENT
Participants undertake not to include any materials that infringe intellectual property rights, are offensive or violate the law. Sercotel will take any necessary action in the event of an infringement and may permanently block the offending user.
X. GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION
Sercotel reserves the right to exclude any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions, uses fraudulent means or behaves inappropriately. If any irregularities are detected after the prize has been awarded, Sercotel may take any appropriate legal action.
XI. TAXATION
The prize draw and the awarding of prizes are subject to the applicable tax regulations in force.
XII. LIABILITY
Sercotel shall not be liable for any services provided to the winner by any other collaborating entity. The winner also guarantees compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
XIII. RESERVED RIGHTS
Sercotel reserves the right to use the content for advertising or commercial purposes. It may also remove any user who interferes with the proper operation of the prize draw.
XIV. DATA PROTECTION
By participating, the user agrees to provide valid personal data. Providing false information will invalidate the entry. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Sercotel’s Privacy Policy (https://www.sercotelhoteles.com/en/legal-pages/privacy-policy).
