SERCOTEL is not obligated to control and does not control in advance the absence of viruses or harmful elements in the content that could cause alterations in the software or hardware of users or visitors to the pages, and therefore will not be responsible for damages of any kind that might arise from them.

SERCOTEL is not obligated to control and does not control in advance, approve, or endorse the services, content, data, files, products, and any type of material found on third-party websites, so SERCOTEL shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for the legality of the content of such website(s), being the exclusive responsibility of third parties, by way of example and not limitation, to respect legality, morality, good customs, and public order of the contents, as well as ensuring that they do not infringe on any rights of third parties. According to the LSSICE, SERCOTEL will not be responsible for the information to which we may refer you if we do not have effective knowledge that the activity or information to which we refer you is illegal or infringes goods or rights of third parties. The User may send SERCOTEL their complaints, claims, or any other comments they wish to make through the contact details provided at the beginning of this text.

The maximum resolution period will be 30 days from the day after the complaint is submitted. If this period elapses without the complaint being resolved, it will be considered dismissed for all relevant purposes. All of this is in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Billing for the services provided in each of the establishments will be carried out by the operating company of each of them. For example, Inversiones Narón 2003, S.L. (CIF B63566244), Sercotel Operadora, S.L. (CIF B66541319) and Alcotas Hoteles, S.L. (CIF B63118012), all located at Carrer Comte d’Urgell, 240, Atico, 08036 Barcelona. These companies are part of the Sercotel Group in order to establish their relationship and SAGATU Asociados Comercial Hotelera S.L., which is the owner of the domain.

The price of the services is the one in effect at the time of acceptance of the reservation. In case a Customer makes a reservation with an incorrect price, the correct price will be communicated, and if the Customer wishes to proceed, the corrected price will be applied. Otherwise, the Customer will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost.

SERCOTEL shall not be responsible in any way in case of inability to provide service, if this is due to prolonged interruptions of the electric supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous events.

All information and documentation available in the different versions of this website is provided for informational purposes only. In case of any discrepancy between the content of the versions in other languages and that of the original Spanish version, the latter shall prevail.

"The applicable law in case of dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up this Legal Notice, as well as any matter related to the services of SERCOTEL, shall be Spanish law.

For the resolution of any controversy that may arise from the use of the website and/or its services, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the judges and courts established by procedural and/or consumer and user legislation in the event of a consumer. If this consideration does not apply, submission to the Judges and Courts of the city of Barcelona is agreed upon."
