I. ORGANISERS OF THE DRAW
This draw is jointly organised by:
Sercotel, owned by Sagatu Asociados Comercial Hotelera, S.L., with Tax ID No. B63751853 and registered office at Comte d’Urgell 240, Àtic, 08036 Barcelona.
Parque Warner Beach, managed by MADRID THEME PARK MANAGEMENT, S.L.U., with Tax ID No. B-83.331.04 and registered office in Madrid, C/ Federico Mompou 5, Parque Empresarial Las Tablas, Building 1, 3rd Floor, 28050.
II. PURPOSE OF THE DRAW
To celebrate the summer season, Sercotel and Parque Warner Beach are holding a giveaway on Instagram to reward their community. If you meet the participation conditions, you could win 2 nights’ hotel accommodation with breakfast for 4 people at a Sercotel hotel in Madrid, plus 4 tickets to the Parque Warner Beach water park.
III. SCOPE
The draw is valid throughout Spain.
IV. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
All individuals over the age of 18 residing in Spain may participate.
The following people may not participate:

Employees of Sercotel or Parque Warner Beach.

Employees of partner agencies or companies involved in organising the draw.

First-degree relatives of the persons mentioned above.
If an excluded person is selected as the winner, they will automatically lose the right to the prize.
V. DURATION OF THE DRAW
The participation period begins on 28 July 2025 and ends on 4 August 2025. The winner will be announced on the same day via the giveaway post and stories. Sercotel and Parque Warner Beach reserve the right to modify these dates and will inform participants of any changes in these terms and conditions.
VI. PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE
To participate, users must follow these steps:

Share the post in your stories to increase your chances of winning (optional).
The prize will be awarded randomly among the participants who meet all the above requirements, using a free tool such as AppSorteos. Participation implies full acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply will result in automatic disqualification. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the draw if not enough valid entries are received.
VII. PRIZE AND DELIVERY
The prize includes:

2 nights of hotel accommodation with breakfast at a Sercotel hotel in Madrid for 4 people. Subject to each hotel’s availability.

4 tickets to the Parque Warner Beach water park.
The prize must be redeemed by 7 September 2025, subject to availability and excluding special dates and holidays. Travel expenses are not included and must be covered by the winner. The prize is personal and non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or exchangeable. The organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or higher value, notifying it in these terms or directly to the winner.
VIII. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be announced on 4 August 2025 via the giveaway post and stories of both accounts. The winner must provide their details within 7 days of the announcement. If no response is received, the prize will be awarded to an alternate. If no alternate can be contacted, the prize will be declared void.
IX. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Participants agree not to share content that infringes intellectual property rights, is offensive, or violates current legislation. Sercotel and Parque Warner Beach reserve the right to block any user who breaches these terms.
X. GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION
Any participant acting fraudulently, violating these terms, or disrupting the draw’s integrity will be disqualified. The organisers reserve the right to take legal action if irregularities are detected after the prize has been awarded.
XI. TAXATION
The prize is subject to current tax laws. Any tax liability resulting from the prize shall be borne by the winner.
XII. LIABILITY
Sercotel and Parque Warner Beach are not responsible for services provided by third parties related to the enjoyment of the prize. The winner accepts these terms and agrees to comply with them.
XIII. RIGHTS RESERVED
The organisers may use content generated as part of the draw for promotional purposes. They also reserve the right to remove any participant who negatively interferes with the draw.
XIV. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Sercotel’s Privacy Policy (https://www.sercotelhoteles.com/politica-privacidad/).
